| Reported by Ernest I Aguilar Brock Lesnar, the former WWE and UFC Heavyweight champion, underwent successful surgery on Friday to remove a section of his colon in his latest battle against diverticulitis. The surgery was held at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic and he is expected to make a full recovery. UFC President Dana White said that Lesnar - 5-2 in his MMA record - will hopefully return to the Octagon in the beginning of 2012. Lesnar was supposed to fight Junior Dos Santos next month in Vancouver but symptoms came back while he was filming the Countdown show for UFC and Spike. |
