KICKOFF: Ric Flair & Chris Jericho.

WWF Co-Owner, Ric Flair, came to the ring with the WWF and World title belts.

Flair said last night he promised to present the titles to the undisputed champion.

Flair introduces Chris Jericho.

Jericho comes out and sarcastically thanks everybody.

Jericho says nobody thought he had a chance of winning at Vengeance.

Only one person believed him.. and that person is.. HIMSELF!

Jericho thanks himself for being so strong, athletic, and talanted.

Jericho thanks The Rock & Stone Cold, reminding everyone that they are the two biggest stars in the WWF today, and he defeated them both back to back last night.

Jericho thanks all of the "little people".

Jericho thanks Vince McMahon.

Jericho thanks Ric Flair for coming out to present the titles to him.

Jericho says he knows why Flair wanted to come out..

Jericho says that Flair always wanted to be in the ring with a TRUE living legend, and tonight, his dreams are comin' true.

Jericho says he bestows upon Flair, the HONOR to present the titles to him.

Ric Flair puts a Title on each of Jericho's shoulders.

Ric Flair says "Hey champ! Do you feel like a champion?"

Ric Flair says Jericho will defend the title tonight in a 15 foot steel cage against Stone Cold Steve Austin.

HARDCORE TITLE MATCH: The Undertaker vs Spike Dudley.

Taker gives Spike the Last Ride on a trash can, pancake.

Taker celebrates in the ring.

Taker picks Spike up and chokeslams him over the top rope onto the floor.

BACKSTAGE: Vince McMahon & Booker T & Ric Flair.

Vince McMahon & Booker T enter the arena with high security and gaurd dogs.

Ric Flair approaches Vince but Security stops him.

Ric Flair asks why Booker T is here.

Vince says Booker is his special guest.

Vince says they are just gonna chill out tonight.

Ric Flair informs Vince of the Austin/Jericho cage match.

Vince says that Rock/Trish will square off against the Dudley Boyz.

Ric Flair says that Vince doesn't have to apoligize to him, cause soon enough Flair will be apoligizing to Vince.

BACKSTAGE: Vince & Booker T.

Vince gives Booker the tour of his luxury box.

IN THE RING: Kurt Angle.

Kurt Angle comes to the ring and waves to Vince & Booker.

Kurt Angle says that dispite the travesty of not becoming the undisputed champion.

The crowd teases Angle by yelling "What?" repeatedly.

Kurt Angle said he requested a match tonight for one reason.

Kurt Angle says that Vince McMahon went through something he never should have gone through.

Kurt shows footage of Vince kissing Rikishi's ass on Smackdown.

Vince looks humiliated again.

Kurt says that he is dedicating this match to Vince McMahon.

MATCH: Kurt Angle vs Rikishi.

Rikishi sets Angle up for the stinkface, but Kurt escapes.

Kurt says that Rikishi isn't gonna embarrass him.

Kurt Angle back up the ramp and gets himself counted out.

Rikishi wins the match VIA count out.

Rikishi's music hits and he starts to Dance.

Kurt Angle returns and attacks Rikishi from behind.

Rikishi fights back and gives Kurt Angle the stinkface!

Kurt rolls out of the ring and Rikishi dances again.

Vince is shown looking like he wants to vomit.

Kurt Angle gets a chair and attacks Rikishi yet again.

Kurt beats Rikishi down with the chair!

LOCKER ROOM: Dudley Boyz & Stacy Keibler.

Bubba is pacing back and forth.

DVon asks what is wrong with Bubba.

Bubba says that you would think after so many years they would know what the othe is feeling.

Bubba admits that he is nervous about fighting an "undefeated team" tonight, one night after beating Kane & The Big Show.

Bubba says that he's afraid of fighting The Rock & Trish tonight. (Sarcasm)

The Dudleyz joke about going to the Rock's dressing room and handing the titles over without a fight.

BACKSTAGE: Ric Flair & Lance Storm.

Lance Storm enters Ric Flair's room.

Flair greets Storm.

Storm says he is tired of mopping floors at WWF NY.

Storm says he bought a ticket and snuck backstage, he says he's ready to go.

Flair denies Storm.

INTERVIEW: The Coach & Edge.

Edge says that Regal really is tough and almost escaped with the IC title last night.

Edge mochs Regal with an english accent.

William Regal attacks Edge from behind with a set of brass knucks.

RINGSIDE: Will Sasso.

Will Sasso (star of MadTV) is shown in the front row.

BACKSTAGE: Ric Flair & Lance Storm.

Lance Storm once again tries to convince Ric Flair to let him wrestle.

Ric Flair once again refuses.

IN THE RING: William Regal.

Referee Teddy Long searches Regal for forign objects.

Regal takes the mic and says that you are seeing a new William Regal.

Regal says that he will be dishing out punishment the likes of which you have never seen before.

Suddenly Kane comes to the ring.

MATCH: William Regal vs Kane.

Kane goes to the tope rope and jumps off onto Regal outside the ring but Regal moves.

Regal finds a set of hidden BrassKnucks at ringside.

Kane alludes the weapon, and sets up for the chokeslam.

Regal nails Kane with the Brass Knucks.

Regal covers Kane and gets the WIN!

TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: The Dudleyz w/Stacy vs The Rock/Trish.

The Rock comes out and looks up at Vince & Booker T sitting in the Luxury Box.

Rock fights most of the match himself.

Just as the Rock needs a tag to Trish, Stacy Keibler runs over and knocks Trish off the apron.

Rock beats the Dudleyz down enough that Trish wants a tag.

Rock tags Trish and Trish gives the wassup headbutt to DVon.

ROck then pulls Stacy into the ring and they give Stacy the wassup headbutt off the top rope.

Test runs down and the Rock goes after him.

While Trish is beating on Stacy, the Dudleyz attack her.

3D on Trish!

Bubba pins Trish for the win.

The Rock comes back and attacks the Dudleyz.

Test comes back and assults Rock with the Big Boot to the Face!

Vince McMahon & Booker T are shown clapping for Test.

LUXURY BOX: Vince McMahon & Booker T.

Vince takes the microphone and speaks to the crowd.

Vince says that he see ppl waving at them.

Vince says that he and Booker are gonna wave back.

Vince & Booker wave at the people.

Vince says that he has closed the "Vince McMahon, kiss my ass club".

Vince says he's gonna open the "Vince McMahon, kick your ass club".

Vince says that there already a few members, Ric Flair (at Vengeance), along with Stone Cold & The Rock, and Trish a few moments ago, and Rock joined for the second time.

Vince explains that you can join this club more than once, it's just that the dues keep getting higher and higher.

Vince says all you gotta do is Cross The Boss.

Vince introduces Booker T as "the Biggest Star of them All".

BACKSTAGE: Matt Hardy & Lita.

Lita is shown apologizing to Matt for last night.

Lita says she doesnt want to fight him in a handicap match tonight. (Jeff/Lita vs Matt)

Matt says to Lita "Just like the Hardy Boyz, Lita, Me and you are breaking up!"

Lita slams the door on her.

Jeff Hardy consoles Lita.

HANDICAP MATCH: Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy & Lita.

Movie star Michael Clark Duncan is shown at ringside.

Lita looks very upset.

The Hardy brothers yell at eachother and Lita tries to separate them.

Matt attacks Jeff.

A bit later, Matt & Jeff brawl over the guard rail into the crowd.

Jeff fights most of the match without tagging in the depressed Lita.

Lita finally gets fed up and gives the hurancanrana to her ExBF Matt.

Jeff officially tags in Lita.

Lita attends to Jeff, and Matt sneaks up behind her and rolls her up for the pin!

BACKSTAGE: Ric Flair & Lance Storm.

Lance Storm tries one last time to convince Ric Flair to give him a match.

Ric Flair gets frustrated and gives in.

Ric Flair grants Storm a match, but if he doesn't win the match, he never wants to see his face again.

MATCH: Lance Storm vs The Big Show.

Lance gives The Big Show a missle drop kick.

Lance covers and gets a 2-count.

The Big Show fights back and chokeslams Lance.

The Big Show wins.

LUXURY BOX: Vince & Booker T.

The waitress brings a plate of sandwiches to Vince & Booker.

They are hesitant to accept them.

Booker speculates that this could be one of Stone Cold's tricks.

Booker asks the waitress if she made the sandwiches.

The waitress says she did.

Booker tells her to take a bite out of one of them.

She does and Booker is convinced the sandwiches are safe.

BACKSTAGE: Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Steve Austin comes on the screen and says "What? What? What?".

Austin bitches about everything that went down last night.

Austin plays to the crowd, who asks "what?" after everything he says.

Austin says that he has thought about it and decided to take on both Booker T & Chris Jericho.

Austin says that Booker T can sit up on the SkyBox and watch him kick Chris Jericho's ass.

STEEL CAGE WORLD TITLE MATCH: Chris Jericho vs Steve Austin.

The two brawl outside the ring before the match begins.

Jericho climbs up the cage from the outside to get away from Austin.

Austin runs into the cage to greet Jericho.

Jericho tries to climb back up but Austin pulls him down and beats him down.

At one point, the two fight while both standing on the top rope.

Austin gives Jericho a superplex.

Jericho crawls towards the cage door but Austin catches him.

Jerocho tries again to crawl out, getting his hands as far as the floor but Austin pulls him back (you must touch both feet to win).

Austin throws Jericho into three sides of the cage.

Austin exposes the steel of the turnbuckles.

Austin rams Jericho's head into the corner repeatedly, busting Jericho open.

Austin slingshots Jericho headfirst into the corner.

Jericho is a bloody mess.

Austin goes for the door and is about to go to the floor.

Jericho gets his attention and gives him the middle finger.

Austin comes back into the ring and gives Jericho a Stunner.

Austin goes for the door again but Booker T comes out of nowhere and slams the door into Austin's face.

Jericho crawls out of the cage to retain his Championship!!!

Vince McMahon is shown celebrating for Jericho & Booker T.
