Matt Hardy thanks family, friends, in new video

Matt Hardy - looking normal and healthy for the first time in months - posted a video on YouTube explaining his actions and road to recovery from the past couple of months.

Hardy said the past six months have been tough on him and learned a lot about himself, especially paying the consequences for his actions. He said he cannot tell people how great he feels and how good he'll do down the road, he has to show them, and that's what he plans on doing in 2012.

The former multiple time WWE tag team title holder thanked his girlfriend Reby Sky, his brother Jeff and his wife Beth, his father, his friend Shane Helms and the loyal Matt Hardy fans on all social network websites for their support. He also thanked WWE for supporting him and paying for his rehab.

Hardy said he plans to regain all the trust and faith with the fans after he has finally grown up, something that he said he needed to do for a long time.

Money In The Bank match rumored for WrestleMania return

Rumors are that the Money In The Bank ladder match will be making its return at WrestleMania following a one year absence.

The concept, which made its WrestleMania debut in 2005, was a pretty popular match at the show, pitting six or eight individuals in one match that usually stole the show.

This year's WrestleMania however did not feature a MITB match as WWE opted to market a pay-per-view with the same name.

So far, eight different people have managed to cash in nine different times - Edge, RVD, CM Punk twice, Jack Swagger, Kane, The Miz, Alberto Del Rio and Daniel Bryan. Only Mr Kennedy won the MITB match and failed to cash it in.

Torrie Wilson dating MLB star Alex Rodriguez

Celebrity gossip website RadarOnline.cm is reporting that New York Yankees' Alex Rodriguez is currently seeing - or dating - former WWE and WCW Diva Torrie Wilson.

Rodirguez recently split with actress Cameron Diaz and the website reports that he spent the Christmas holidays in Boise, Idaho, the same place where Wilson is from.

The couple were spotted different times together and photographed together in Miami earlier this year. Wilson divorced Billy Kidman in 2008 after a five year marriage.

Randy Orton reportedly injured at Smackdown tapings

One of the official WWE Twitter feeds posted a tweet today saying that Randy Orton was injured during the Smackdown tapings in Indianapolis just a few hours ago.

Orton wrestled Wade Barrett in a falls count anywhere match in the main event, a match that will air this Friday on SyFy. According to eye witness reports, Barrett threw Orton down a flight of stairs and the former champ landed badly.

The tweet says that WWE.COM will have more information when more news becomes available.

Full video Countdown of UFC 141: Lesnar vs Overeem

This Friday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, Brock Lesnar returns to the Octagon to face former Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem.

This will be Lesnar's first fight since he lost the UFC Heavyweight title to Cain Velasquez last year and following his diverticulitis surgery that threatened to kill his MMA career.

As always, the UFC has put up an excellent Countdown show featuring interviews and footage from both fighters in anticipation for this heavyweight fight. The winner will be facing the current UFC Heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos next year.
