First WWE Studios movie with no WWE Superstars announced

A new WWE Studios movie has been announced with the title Barricade and according to The Hollywood Reporter, Eric McCormack from Will & Grace will be in the leading role.

This movie will be the first WWE Studios flick which will not have any of the WWE Superstars in it and will shoot in Vancouver rather than New Orleans. WWE shot seven movies back-to-back in New Orleans last year. 

The movie will be a supernatural thriller about a psychiatrist, seeking to find normalcy after the sudden passing of his wife, who takes his two kids to a remote cabin for healing and bonding. Their joy soon turns to despair when the family is terrorized by unknown forces and the father will stop at nothing to save them from peril.
