John Cena survives, CM Punk and Daniel Bryan retain titles at Chamber PPV

RAW interim General Manager John Laurinaitis has recently posted on Twitter that he will be making a huge announcement tonight.

Quote - "FYI. I plan to make a HUGE announcement at Elimination Chamber tomorrow. It might stop the show, and will certainly be a Game changer"

Does this involve the Game, Triple H? We shall see...

Who is going to WrestleMania and who is going to be watching WrestleMania? Will John embrace the hate against Kane? Which title will Sheamus want to fight for and who will have that belt? We find out tonight.

Tonight, WWE's Elimination Chamber is live from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

There are 4 matches scheduled for the event tonight.

We open with one heck of a pyro show and a very large portion of a replica of the Chamber in front of multiple LED screens. 

Play by Play tonight will be given by Michael Cole, Jerry "The King" Lawler, and Booker T.

The Elimination Chamber, this giant structure, which weighs a total of 16 short tons, surrounds the ring like a Hell in a Cell match. Within the Chamber, facing the outside of each ring corner post are four chambers. The match is contested by six participants and will start with two random participants in the ring while 4 others will be held within each inner chamber. Every 5 minutes, one of the four participants within a chamber is released in the ongoing match. The only way to win is by submission or pinfall. Disqualifications do not apply in this match. Winner of the match is the last remaining participant after all other have been released and eliminated.

Our 1st Match is CM Punk(c) vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Chris Jericho vs. The Miz vs. R-Truth vs. Kofi Kingston in an Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship.

Due to winning the Six-Pack Challenge on RAW, Chris Jericho was earned the right to be the last entrant into the Elimination Chamber Match.

The boys are getting locked up one by one. Jericho, The Miz, Dolph, and R-Truth are being locked into their chambers which means this match will start with Kofi Kingston vs. CM Punk. Punk started by making sure each superstar knows who the champ is. He had a funny stare down with the Miz.

Kofi takes control with a quick head lock. Punk extends a handshake which is accepted by Kofi. Punk with a few kicks and a quick cover but Kofi counters. Both men get to the outside of the ring and Kofi launches Punk hard to the steel. A quick turn around by Punk, which allows for a suplex to the steel flooring. Punk now in control in the ring with a pin attempt, then works the back with a hard kick and body slam. He tries another pin as we see who now enters next.

Dolph Ziggler has now entered the Elimination Chamber.

He flies and attacks Punk, then climbs the cage, does a few ab crunches then drops a leg to the back of the head of Punk. Dolph hits a flying knee to Kofi but just as fast, Punk slows down Dolph. Now both Dolph and Punk work Dolph with body slam after body slam. Both Punk and Kofi try to Jump from the top rope on either side of the ring, Dolph ducked but Punk and Kofi collide in mid air as the timer runs down.

R-Truth has now entered the Elimination Chamber

He directly goes after Dolph. Truth sends Dolph over the top rope and he lands hard, then Truth jumps the top rope and lands on Dolph. Truth attempts a pin out but musters a 2. Truth and Punk trade shots and Punk is able to superplex Truth to the mat from the top rope. Punk from the top rope lands the flying elbow on Truth. Punk the pins Truth for the 3 count.

R-Truth has been eliminated. 

Kofi jumps over the top rope then applies a devastating DDT to Dolph on the Steel cage on the outside of the ring. Dolph is knock out.

The Miz has now entered the Elimination Chamber

The Miz heads directly for Punk, then Kofi. Dolph awakens and attacks Miz but misses and he is thrown over the top rope lands hard to the outside again. Miz is controlling everything that gets thrown at him. Miz now working on Punk while everyone else in the ring is still down. Punk does get a quick slam in as the count down hits 0.

Chris Jericho has now entered the Elimination Chamber

Of course, he goes directly after Punk. Nice running bulldog from Jericho. As he tries to pin Punk, Dolph tries to steal a pin. Dolph eats a Code Breaker for the trouble and then Jericho pins Dolph for the 3 count.

Dolph Ziggler has been eliminated.

Punk and Jericho continue to hurt each other with the walls of the Chambers. Jericho then has called a time out by closing himself into a chamber but Punk is able to open the door. Jericho then uses the door of the chamber to take out Punk. Jericho sets his sights on Kofi but Kofi hurts Jericho with the steel floor then Miz pops up and attacks Kofi. Kofi jumps to the top rope but is caught by Miz. Punk then enters and clams Miz to the Mat. Kofi then climbs to the top of a Chamber and cross body takes out both Miz and Punk. Miz kicks out of a pin attempt from Kofi.

Jericho then runs in and applies the Walls of Jericho to Kofi. Only a matter of time...He has tapped.

Kofi Kingston has been eliminated.

Jericho continues to attack Kofi after the tap out. With the Chamber door still open, Kofi is thrown out hard. As he turns around, Punk kicks the head off of Jericho and he falls out of the chamber. He lands really hard to the floor and light section on the floor. Now doctors have been requested to see Jericho and also a down camera man. The camera man was hit from the flying door of the Chamber. Jericho appears to have hit his head on one of the light fixtures on the floor. He hasn't moved at all. Meanwhile, action resumes in the ring.

Chris Jericho has been eliminated per the doctors at ring side.

Punk and Miz go at it in the ring. A flying knee to Miz only gets Punk a 2 count. Miz then quickly gets the Skull Crushing on Punk but only gets a 2 count. Miz then continues to work on Punk in the corner and looks mad. A missed spear from Miz allows Punk to hit the GTS and pins Miz for the 3

The Miz has been eliminated.

WINNER OF THE MATCH is CM Punk via pinfall.

Jericho is still on the floor, they don't seem to be in a rush to remove him at this time. No further updated given.

They show Santino doing the Rocky scene, grey sweatshirt, then drinks a few raw eggs. He then turns around and vomits them back up. A promo of the training gym that John Cena trains at is played.

Our 2nd Match is Beth Phoenix(c) vs. Tamina Snuka for the WWE Divas Championship

Now 2 of the bigger Divas of the WWE square off with Tamina slapping Beth then a big head butt to Beth. As Tamina climbed the ropes, she is knocked off by Beth to the floor. Beth is looking for a count out win. Tamina gets in with 2 seconds left and receives a few elbow shots to the ribs then a sleeper hold. Tamina is kept to the ground then is able to slam Beth to the ring. She climbs to the top rope but gets caught again. Beth now gets to the middle rope, and suplexes Tamina to the ring.

Both trade shots with Tamina winning the battle shots. A superkick catches Beth. Tamina climbs the ropes again, this time she nails Superfly Splash but only gets a 2 count. Beth gets back into the attack mode and Glam Slams Tamina. Beth with the pin count of 3

WINNER OF THE MATCH is Beth Phoenix via pinfall.

A second promo of Santino is shown with my punching a sack of meat. He gets mad and ends up using the cobra on it.

Jericho is then shown with doctors, getting testing.

Now John Laurinaitis is introduced to the ring. He can't even talk on the mic right now, he keeps stuttering but then Alberto Del Rio's music hits. He claims that he would like to see John as the permanent Raw General Manager. 

Mark Henry then walks to the ring, he likes the John has never abused his power. Mark agrees that John should be general manager of both Raw and Smackdown. 

Christian then hits the ring. He also doesn't like Smackdown general manager and endorses John as General Manager. All four then get into a group for a picture. It's time for a change per Michael Cole.

Santino is then shown running up a series of stairs then at the top does the Rocky celebration in slow-mo.

Big Show gets interviewed by Josh Matthews claiming that he needs to get to WrestleMania to change his ways. He hasn't had a good track record at WM and needs to win.

Our 3rd Match is Daniel Bryan(c) vs. Wade Barrett vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Big Show vs. The Great Khali vs. Santino Marella in an Elimination Chamber Match for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Mark Henry and Randy Orton were originally scheduled to be part of this match. Mark was suspended indefinitely by the Smackdown General Manager Theodore Long. He was replaced by The Great Khali. Randy Orton was injured by the World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan via a headshot with the belt. Santino Marella won a Battle Royal to be able to be part of the Smackdown Elimination Chamber.

Time for another set of superstars to be locked up one by one. The Great Khali, Cody Rhodes, Santino Marella, and The Champion Daniel Bryan are being locked into their chambers which means this match will start with Wade Barrett versus Big Show.

Now this is a great way to start, the champ is locked up, he is safe in his little chamber.

Big Show shows his power by handling Wade with a few chomps, a shoulder block, and a few punches to the gut. Wade is able to then attack the knee of Show and takes him down to the mat. Wade continues to control the match and keeping the big guy to the mat. A modified ankle lock but counter from Big Show allows for a huge suplex on Wade. Big Show stalking down Wade, throws him over the top rope to the outside platform as the count down ends.

Cody Rhodes has now entered the Elimination Chamber. Now by enter, I mean, he really took his time as Big Show stares him down. One hit and Cody is down but he gets back up and attacks Big Show. Show just lifts him up and over the top rope to the steel below. Cody tries to climb the top rope but is caught and thrown into the wall of the Chamber. 

Big Show then gets his legs taken out by Wade. Wade and Cody both work together to hurt Big Show. As quickly as they worked together, Wade goes after Cody and throws him into the cage wall a few times. They continue to battle on the outside as the count down ends once again.

Santino Marella has entered the Elimination Chamber.

Santino quickly goes after Wade but then is stopped cold in his tracks as Big Show walks up. Big Show slaps Santino to the outside. Now Cody takes out Big Show but Wade comes in to ruin the party. Now Big Show throws both Wade and Cody to the outside but both men lift up Big Show for a giant suplex to the steel. Cody hits a beautiful moonsault to Wade and attempts a pinfall but only gets a 2. Cody works on Santino as the count down ends.

The Great Khali has entered the Elimination Chamber.

He just attacks everything in the ring. He is chomping trees down right now but then finds the Big Show. Big Show is able to nail a spear, a huge spear, and gets a 3 count on Khali.

The Great Khali has been eliminated.

Big Show now stares down Daniel. Big Show is now trying to grab Daniel from the top of the mini chamber. He breaks the chains on the top of the chamber to get to Daniel. He makes a big enough hole to climb down into Daniels chamber. He is beating the life out of Daniel as the counter reaches zero. 

Daniel Bryan gets an assist into the Elimination Chamber.

Big Show just threw Daniel right through the glass of the chamber pod. He then gets him back to the ring, Show takes out Wade then goes right back to work on Daniel. Big Show signals for the chokeslam, he nails it but Wade kicks Big Show in the head. Santino tries to steal a pin on Wade but only gets a 2. Cody hits a kick to the head of Big Show twice. Cody then hits a DDT, Wade then hits a flying elbow. Cody then pins Bog Show for 3.

The Big Show has been eliminated.

Santino then runs behind Cody and then this time, steals three count.

Cody Rhodes has been eliminated.

A pissed off Cody then hits Cross Rhodes to Santino. Wade takes advantage and only gets 2 count. Wade throws Santino to the outside, and locks his arms into the chains of the cage walls. He is just killing Santino right now. 

While Santino is out, Wade works on the champ. A mistake from Wade allows the kicks from Daniel to do its magic then a mistake from Daniel allows a huge clothesline to take Daniel down. Wade now using a Chamber door to choke out then closes the door on Daniels neck. 

Santino comes back into the picture but is booted to the outside by Wade. Daniel from the top rope hits Wade with a flying knee, then throws Wade into the Chamber walls twice. Wade is at the top of the rope and Santino tries to suplex, Wade gets up misses Santino on the mat, Daniel hits a flying Head butt to Wade and Santino steals the pin.

Wade Barrett has been eliminated.

The crowd is going nuts right now for Santino. Daniel hits a drop kick in the corner and a kick to the back then chest three times. Daniel only able to get a 2 count. Daniel makes a mistake and Santino gets a 2 count. A DDT from Daniel allows a missed top rope attack from Daniel.

The Cobra is out, strikes Daniel but only gets a 2. Daniel then hits a submission move, but is unable to break the hold and taps outs.

Santino Marella has been eliminated.

WINNER OF THE MATCH is Daniel Bryan via submission.

Just as Daniel is celebrating, Sheamus' music has started and he heads directly to the ring. Daniel tries to get the first punch in but Sheamus slams him hard to the mat. We believe we have found who Sheamus will face at WrestleMania.

They cut to Hornswoggle eating cheese. He then grabs a large chunk of cheese and asks Natalya to cut the cheese. She cuts the cheese but not the cheese he wanted. Jack Swagger enters, then Justin Gabriel. Both men get into an argument and Teddy Long comes in then makes the following match for the US Title. 

Our 4th Match Jack Swagger(c) vs. Justin Gabriel for the United States Championship.

Jack works fast and takes control. Swagger bomb takes out Justin and a confident Jack shows off his skills. Justin then is able to take control for a few moments but Jack works on Justin's leg, then able to get the ankle lock on. As quickly the match started, its over. Justin taps moments later.

WINNER OF THE MATCH is Jack Swagger via submission.

King has just stated that the Undertaker will indeed be at RAW tomorrow.

The ambulance is now being backed up into the arena, lights flashing and the rules are explained. 

Our 5th Match is Kane vs. John Cena in an Ambulance Match

Now, this match is an Ambulance Match which means the rule book has been thrown out. This Hardcore rules match does not end with a pinfall, submission, disqualification, or count-out. The only way to win is for one precipitant to force their opponent into the back of a waiting ambulance and close the door. The ambulance must drive away to declare a winner.

Oh man, this should be good. It has been nearly 9 years since the last Ambulance Match at Survivor Series 2003. By the way, Kane won that match versus Shane McMahon.

Both men trades shots to start this match and as quickly, then have made their way up to the staging area and where the ambulance is parked. Kane has taking control and opens the ambulance. Kane uses the stretcher as a weapon to the gut of Cena. Cena now uses a back board to slam Kane with it. Kane gets back on track and they both slowly make their way back to the ring. 

Kane works Cena in the ring with a ton of punches to the head and chest. Upper cuts to Cena and kicks to the head hurt Cena even more. Cena musters the power to attack Kane but a sidewalk slam stops Cena. The momentum turns again with a shoulder block, then the 5 Knuckle shuffle. Cena now waits, tries to hit the STF. Kane the grabs the face and suffocates Cena. With Cena out, Kane grabs a wheel chair and pushes Cena ever close to the ambulance. Cena wakes up and Kane hits the choke hold again but Cena breaks out of it.

Now back at the ambulance, Kane is thrown into the side of it. Cena then grabs the wheelchair and throws it right into the face of Kane. Now Kane is placed into the chair and is pushed into the equipment area. Kane grabs something metal, equipment, and nails Cena in the head then hits the Wheel Chair. 

As Cena ran away, he grabs a chair and slams it into Kane's back. They pass by all the expensive equipment and into the crowd. Kane gets tosses straight over the barricade. John starts to take apart the Spanish Announce table. He grabbed a mic and asked if he could be part of the fave 5 of Booker T. Cena then grabs a small TV and hits Kane in the head. Then picks up the stairs and hits Kane twice. Cena has know put the stairs in front of the announce table.

Cena is now carrying Kane on his shoulders but Kane moves to counter. Kane then hits the chokeslam and Cena goes right through the table. Kane is now walking towards the ambulance while Cena is still down. Kane grabs the stretcher and walks it down to the ring. 

A punch to the back of the head and Cena is placed on the stretcher. As Cena is placed into the ambulance, Cena stops the door from closing. Cena is now using the door as a weapon and then climbs to the roof of the ambulance, taunting Kane up. 

On top of the ambulance, Cena Hits the Attitude Adjustment off the roof and into a raised, covered part of the stage. Cena then drags Kane into the ambulance and closes the door

WINNER OF THE MATCH is John Cena via ambulance drove off.

Cut scenes show the ambulance leaving the arena while John points to the WrestleMania sign.

This was not the best Elimination Chamber, there were the good parts in these matches. I am very disappointed of the PG ambulance match. I expected a lot more out of that match. There was nothing really special about it, I cant see how this could end the rivalry between Kane and John Cena.

WAS THAT THE HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT JOHN?? People agreeing with you just like you agree with Vince.

The stage is nearly set as to who is going to WrestleMania. This will be the next Pay Per View on April 1st, 2012. I was expecting to go but scheduling conflicts won't allow me. Poor Me. Oh well, I'll still be able to watch it and have a full report soon after the camera fades.
