WWE announces annual shareholders meeting for 04/27

WWE will be holding its annual shareholders meeting on Friday, April 27, at the company's headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, starting at 9AM.

The meeting will be limited to stockholders - or their authorized representative - having evidence of their WWE stock ownership. 

WWE will be announcing their 4Q FY2011 and full year results on February 23 and yesterday WWE issued their regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be March 15, 2012, and the payment date will be March 26, 2012.
