November 15, 2008 – NWA Upstate – Pilgrims and Piledrivers 2008 in Henrietta, New York at the Dome Arena: “The Rican Sensation” Maximo Suave b Coconut Jones in a Pre-show match, Dewdust (Dewey dressed as Goldust) b Spazz in a Pre-show match, “Superbad” Richard Venice b Frank “The Tank” Zimmerman in a Pre-show match, NWA Upstate No Limits Champion “The Bull of Black Mountain” Gabe Saint vs. The Montgomery Madman” Mo Mantha ended in a No-Contest (Mantha pinned Saint but tapped out to him at the same time, Saint retains the title), “Diamond” Dave Marcos (w/Nikki Jett) b Dicky Sanchez, Rob “Just Too” Sweet won a 13-man battle royal eliminating Maximo Suave to for the victory (Participants: Richard Venice, Spazz, Coconut Jones, Nick Ando, Crusher, Gorgeous Ben Golden, Big F’N Pete, Dewdust, “Flyin Lion” Heath Pride, 2CW’s Kid Justice, and The Dustytaker), “Fabulous” John McChesney b “The Amazing Canadian” Lionel Knight (subbing for Ricky Reyes) (w/The Star Foundation), Pepper Parks b Cheech, 2CW’s Hellcat and Triple X (w/Johnny Kayfabe) b The McCloud Brothers (Evan and Kyle) to win the NWA Upstate Tag Team Titles (After the match, Hellcat announced that he and Triple X are now the 2CW Tag Team Champions), “Extremely Cute Wrestler” Colin Delaney b “Little Rig” Cloudy, The Star Foundation (Starrider and Aaron Draven and Tyson Dux) b Primo Scardino and Zack Atticus and Cody Deaner, Adam “Dustytaker” Bloodstone was inducted into the Rochester Wrestling Hall of Fame, NWA Upstate Heavyweight champion “Dastardly” Danny Doring (w/The Blue Dewey) b Stevie Richards in a No-DQ match after Colin Delaney turned on Richards.
