Stuart U. Goldfarb was announced today as the newest member to the WWE Board of Directors. He is the ninth person on the board and fourth on the Audit board as well.
Goldfarb has been President and Chief Executive Officer at Atrinsic, Inc., since June of this year and prior to that appointment he served as President and CEO of Direct Brands, Inc., for eight years. He also worked as President and CEO of bol.com, Vice Chairman of Value Vision International and also held positions at NBC.
"Stuart is a great addition to our Board of Directors," said Vince McMahon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "He brings broad marketing and operational experience across a wide range of distribution platforms, including cable television and the Internet. His proven international experience and overall business perspective will be very valuable to the WWE Board."
