TNA President Dixie Carter addresses talent before iMPACT!

NA President Dixie Carter addressed her troops earlier this week with footage from the meeting airing on yesterday's iMPACT!  The speech was not written beforehand and what Carter said wasn't done "for the show" so to speak but it was a real talent meeting where she basically told everyone to step it up and support her decisions or else get up and go find a different work.  All the TNA talent were there and shown on camera sitting on the stands while Vince Russo and the creative team where all behind Carter sitting on the ring apron.  You can see the footage below.
