WWE hires former NBA exec as new SVP of Marketing

WWE has announced today the hiring of former senior executive at the NBA Brian Flinn as the new Senior Vice President of Marketing.

In his new role at WWE, Flinn will be responsible for providing strategic direction for WWE's branding and promotions, database marketing, pay-per-view events, affiliate marketing and consumer insights. He will be reporting to Chief Marketing Officer Michelle Wilson.

Prior to joining WWE, Flinn was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at the National Basketball Association, where he oversaw the league's marketing, internal communications and research groups.
