In their latest Form 8-K filing, WWE announced that WWE Board of Directors member Michael Solomon resigned as a member of the Board and its Audit and Compensation Committees. Solomon had been a member since August 2001.
His resignation leaves the WWE Board of Directors with nine members - Vince McMahon, David Kenin, Joseph Perkins, Frank Riddick III, Jeffrey Speed, Lowell Weicker Jr., Donna Goldsmith, Kevin Dunn and Basil DeVito.
Only four of these - counting in McMahon - are WWE employees.
