Hogan threatens to sue website for posting sex tape photos

Hulk Hogan was not happy at all that TheDirty.com released three screen shots from his sex tape and the former champion is threatening to sue. TMZ.COM is reporting that Hogan's attorney has sent a cease and desist letter to the people who run TheDirty.com requesting that the photos be taken offline or else they will proceed with legal action. "As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida," the letter states. TheDirty.com editor Nik Richie has so far not cracked under pressure and apparently has no intentions of removing the photos says TMZ.  A post appearing today on TheDirty.com accuses Hogan of lying to TMZ's Harvey Levin when he called in on TMZ Live to discuss the tape with his attorney. "The brunette was you best friend's wife at the time. Bubba the Love Sponge, it's ok to talk or burn your sheets. Sad that you would LIE to the world Hulkster," the post says.
