Hogan's attorney comments on alleged sex tape

Hulk Hogan's attorney David Houston has lashed out at his client's sex tape news saying that the video was secretly filmed and Hulk never gave permission for it, adding that he will take all the steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability.

"He neither approved of the filming nor the release of the same. It is clearly an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust if it is genuine," Houston said.

Hulk Hogan is said to be "appalled" by the news of the tape according to Houston. Hogan is filmed with a brunette who is neither his ex wife nor his current wife and it's not known when the sex tape was shot.
