The Smack is being laid Down for us tonight in Sin City Las Vegas! The show opens with a recap of the Daniel Bryan/Big Show match from last week, which ended with the Big Show accidentally running over Daniel Bryan's girlfriend and sending her to the hospital. The Big Show is shown following the stretcher weeping while Daniel Bryan calls him a bastard.
Bryan reminds us that Big Show weighs over 400 lbs, and AJ weighs only 95. Bryan claims Big Show hurt her on purpose, because he's still bitter that Bryan ended the Big Show's title reign after only 45 seconds. Bryan says that AJ insisted on being at ringside because she loves him; and he admires her as well.
He promises to dedicate his match tonight against Mark Henry to his girlfriend AJ. He also tells us the Big Show is not there tonight, which is good, because otherwise Daniel says he would not be held responsible for what he would do to him. Bryan finally tells us that the Big Show should do the right thing and just quit, before he hurts another innocent person.
In the back, Santino, Alicia Fox, and others are gambling. Teddy Long is talking to Aksana in front of a gimmick match roulette wheel. Aksana says she wants to have a pillow fight with Teddy.
Cody Rhodes, the self described "last hope" for the Rhodes family, interrupts. Cody has a match tonight, so he spins the wheel and it lands on "player's choice." Cody as the player, gets to pick his opponent, and he picks...Hornswoggle.
Commercial
Match #1: Cody Rhodes versus Hornswoggle.
Cody starts to smack Hornswoggle around ringside even before the match begins. Justin Gabriel comes out to save Hornswoggle and asks Cody to "pick on someone his own size." Cody agrees to a non title match.
Cody Rhodes versus Justin Gabriel.
Cody starts things off with some kicks and punches; Justin responds with some forearm shots. Gabriel whips Cody to the ropes, baseball slides underneath him and then hits him with a dropkick. Cody hits Gabriel and then drops to his back and punches up at Gabriel.
Cody goes for a cover and gets two. Cody hits Justin with a gordbuster and then wraps up his chin and left arm. Cody stomps on Gabriel, goes for a cover and gets another 2 count. Cody puts Justin in a crossface; Gabriel fights his way out and hits Cody with an elbow drop. Justin hits Cody with an Enzuigiri and then climbs to the top to try for his 450 splash. Cody rolls out of the way before Justin can jump.
Justin tries for a quick roll up and then a backslide, getting a near-fall each time. Justin hits Cody with a springboard crossbody and gets another 2 count. Cody gets to his feet and snaps Justin's head down onto the top rope. Cody hits Justin with CrossRhodes for the win. Maybe Justin should have let Hornswoggle take the match; I'm pretty sure he's got a better won/loss record.
In the back, Mark Henry and Teddy Long are standing in front of the roulette/match wheel. Mark Henry thinks this entire concept is stupid. Henry also blames Teddy for letting AJ get hurt last week, and says it will be Teddy's fault when Daniel Bryan gets hurt this week. Teddy asks Henry to spin the wheel, and Henry orders Teddy to do it for him. Teddy spins and it stops at Lumberjack match. Henry promises to put Teddy's "pipsqueak" champion in the Hall of Pain tonight.

When we return, we're shown a recap of Primo and Epico winning the tag titles from Air Boom at an untelevised house show in Oakland.
Match #2: Primo and Epico with Rosa versus the Usos in a tornado match.
All 4 men will be allowed to compete in the ring at the same time. The Usos get the early advantage and manage to isolate and double team Primo; hitting him with a backbreaker/ top rope dive. Epico gets back in and the champs throw Jey Uso out of the ring and then go after Jimmy.
The champs double team Jimmy, eventually dropping him with a double suplex and going for a cover. Jimmy kicks out and Jey comes in to help. The Usos briefly regain the advantage and hit Epico and Primo with running ass bumps to the face in opposite corners. Rosa Mendes distracts the Usos and Primo delivers a backstabber to Jimmy for the win.
Commercial
When we return, Teddy and Aksana are once again flirting in front of the roulette wheel. They are interrupted by Sheamus, who is there to find out what the stipulation will be for his match tonight with Wade Barrett. Sheamus spins the wheel and it stops on Tables match. Back in the ring, Lillian Garcia introduces the Funkasaurus Brodus Clay. Brodus will be competing in a dance off next.
Commercial
When we return, Vicky Guerrero is walking to the ring and yelling "Excuse me." Vicky will be Brodus' opponent tonight. Vicky dances and she sucks, although it was mildly amusing for a second or two.
Brodus Clay is next and he sucks a little less, and he has professional dancers with him that do some actual, professional dancing. Brodus wins. After the 'contest', William Regal comes out to defend Vicky's honor. When Regal enters the ring, Brodus says he wants to see what he's got, unless he's a funky chicken.
Regal accepts, and dances moderately not embarrassing, but a bit silly. Brodus interrupts Regal's routine with a running cross body.

Match #3: Wade Barrett versus Sheamus in a tables match.
Wade starts things off with several punches. Sheamus responds with several punches of his own and then slams Barrett's face into the corner. Barrett fights back but Sheamus gets the better of the exchange and throws Barrett over the top rope. Sheamus goes out to the floor after Wade, but Barrett slams Sheamus into the side of the ring.
Wade grabs a table, but Sheamus attacks Wade and then sets up the table himself. Sheamus picks Barrett up for the Celtic Cross, but Barrett slides out and pushes Sheamus into the steel ring post. Wade rolls Sheamus in and beats on him. Barrett puts Sheamus in a Muay Thai clinch and starts bringing knees up into his face. Barrett hits Sheamus with a big boot to the face that knocks him down to the edge of the ring.
Wade tries to suplex Sheamus out of the ring onto a table on the floor, but Sheamus fights his way out. Sheamus traps Barrett in the ropes and repeatedly pounds on his chest. Sheamus tries to knock Barrett off the edge of the ring and through the table below, but Barrett flies over the table, and not through it. Sheamus goes out after Barrett and rolls him back into the ring.
Sheamus grabs a table and walks to the ring with it, but Barrett kicks the table into Sheamus. Wade slides the table into the ring and then rolls Sheamus in. Wade sets up the table in the ring and turns back towards Sheamus. Sheamus hits Wade with a couple double axe handle blows and a front slam. Sheamus puts Barrett on the table and climbs to the top rope. Wade cuts Sheamus off before he can jump, and the two men exchange punches.
Barrett tries for a superplex, but Sheamus blocks it and hits Wade with a headbutt. Sheamus hits Barrett with a backbreaker and then props the table up in the corner. Sheamus prepares to put Barrett through the table when he is distracted by Jinder Mahal. Wade takes advantage of the distraction and slams Sheamus through the table for the win.
After the match, Jinder Mahal attacks Sheamus. Sheamus fights back and hits Jinder with a Brogue kick. Sheamus picks Jinder up and then drives him through the other table.
Commercial
Match #4: Ted DiBiase versus Hunico with Camacho in a flag match.
The first person to retrieve their flag from atop a pole wins. Hunico gets the early advantage, but DiBiase reverses a hurricanrana and plants Hunico face down on the mat. Ted tries for the flag first, but Hunico knocks him down. Hunico tries for his flag (it's Mexican, Ted's is US, just in case you didn't know) but Ted drops him to the mat with an electric chair.
After an Irish Whip, Hunico backdrops Ted all the way to the floor and then tries to retrieve his flag again. Ted runs into the ring at the last second to push Hunico off, but appears to have hurt himself when he landed outside the ring and is forced to crawl towards his flag. Ted starts to climb, but Hunico stops him. Ted pushes Hunico off and then hits him with Dream Street. Ted climbs up the pole and retrieves his flag to win the match.
Commercial
When we return, Teddy Long is talking to Drew McIntyre. Teddy told Drew that he was warned; start winning or get fired. Drew kept losing, so Teddy fires him. Teddy's new assistant, Santino Marella, interrupts and asks Teddy to reconsider. Santino beat Drew a couple weeks ago, but some say he was lucky.
Santino wants to prove it was no fluke and tells Teddy he wants to wrestle him again. Teddy agrees and tells Drew this is really his last chance. They spin the wheel to determine the stipulation, and the wheel lands on "blindfold match."
Commercial
Match #5: Santino Marella versus Drew McIntyre in a blindfold match.
It's really a large black hood, not a blindfold. They even have a tiny little black hood for Santino's cobra. Both men do some silly Karate kicks that miss wildly. Eventually, Santino gets the idea to use the crowd to help him. Santino begins pointing, and the closer he gets to Drew, the more the crowd cheers.
Drew accidentally hits the steel ring post at one point. Drew eventually takes a quick peek to figure out where Santino is and tries a running kick but misses. Santino uses the crowd again to tell him when he is getting close, and with the crowds help, Santino is able to hit Drew with the Cobra for the win. It may have been a tainted victory though; the Cobra's hood came off during the match.
Commercial
Match #6: Daniel Bryan versus Mark Henry for Bryan's heavyweight title in a Lumberjack match.
Bryan starts the match off with a kick and Henry pushes Bryan to the mat. Bryan orders the Lumberjacks not to touch him. Bryan lands another kick and Henry responds with a headbutt that sends Bryan out to the floor. Bryan once again angrily orders the Lumberjacks not to touch him.
Henry beats Bryan down with clubbing blows and then drives his shoulder into his gut. Henry hits Bryan with another headbutt and some more clubbing blows. Henry whips Bryan to the ropes and Bryan tries a shoulder block. Bryan bounces off Mark Henry and gets knocked to the floor.
The Lumberjacks roll Bryan in, as is their job and he again yells at them for it. Bryan appears to be intentionally antagonizing the Lumberjacks.
Commercial
When we return, Bryan lands a punch, but Henry barely notices and throws Bryan across the ring. Henry presses Bryan into the ropes, but Bryan manages to escape. Bryan dives into Henry's knee and takes the big man down. Bryan lands several strikes including a series of stiff kicks. Henry pushes Bryan away, but Bryan responds with a running drop kick and a vicious kick to the head.
Bryan goes for a cover and gets a 2 count, but Henry's kick out sends Bryan out to the floor. Bryan angrily stares at the lumberjacks and then re enters the ring. Henry knocks Bryan down and then throws him across the ring a couple times. Bryan hits Henry in the face with his boot as Henry charges, but it only seems to slow him down.
Henry knocks Bryan down with a clothesline and goes for a cover but gets only 2. Henry military presses Bryan and then throws him out to the Lumberjacks. Bryan starts fighting with the Lumberjacks as they force him back into the ring. Bryan hits Henry with a dropkick that sends Henry out to the floor for the first time.
The Lumberjacks all attack Mark Henry. They already appear to be in a bad mood from all the abuse Bryan has heaped on them, but Henry doesn't have any friends either, so they gang up on him outside the ring. Bryan gets in a couple cheap shots on Mark Henry and on some of the Lumberjacks as well. Wade, Cody, and several other Lumberjacks enter the ring and go after Daniel Bryan.
Outside the ring, Mark Henry throws ALL the remaining Lumberjacks off him at the same time. Henry gets back in the ring and picks Bryan up to hit him with the World's Strongest Slam. Cody Rhodes hits Bryan in the back while Henry is carrying him, knocking them both backwards.
All the lumberjacks enter the ring and start fighting each other. In the chaos, Daniel Bryan crawls out of the ring, grabs his title, and cautiously walks away. Eventually, Mark Henry slides out from the bottom of a large pile of wrestlers and rolls to the floor.
As Bryan makes his way to the locker room, he is cut off by Teddy Long. Teddy asks what the meaning of that was, and Bryan starts yelling at him. Bryan is angry that he had to fight the Big Show in a no DQ match last week and Mark Henry in a Lumberjack match this week and asks Teddy if he's going to have to fight nude next.
Teddy says no, of course, this is a PG show after all. Teddy then tells Bryan he will have to defend his title against the Big Show and Mark Henry at the Royal Rumble in a triple threat steel cage match. I think Bryan would have preferred to wrestle naked. Me to. Bryan stares angrily as SmackDown goes off the air.
