Brock Lesnar medically suspended till June after injury

Brock Lesnar was medically suspended till June 28 by the Nevada Athletic Commission for an abdominal injury he suffered during his fight against Alistair Overeem last Friday.

The suspension will not really matter as the former UFC Heavyweight champion announced that he was retiring from mixed martial arts and his loss to Overeem was his last one. Lesnar suffered some hard kicks to the ribs and was transported to a local hospital after the fight.

Overeem, who won the fight in a spectacular and convincing fashion, was also medically suspended till February 14 due to the cut he received on his right eye after he got caught by Lesnar.
