When we return, Matt Striker is in the back interviewing Randy Orton. Striker asks Orton if he was sending a message to Christian last week with his brutal assault on R-Truth. Orton says he was not sending a message, he just has anger management issues and is looking forward to working his way through those issues in his No Holds Barred match with Christian at Summer Slam.

Match #3: Daniel Bryan versus Tyson Kidd, with Wade Barrett on commentary.
The two men lock up in a test of strength. Tyson gets the early advantage until Bryan rolls back and gets back to his feet in a dominant position. Tyson puts Bryan in a waist lock, Bryan forces Tyson back onto the mat and Tyson bridges out to avoid a pin fall. Bryan clotheslines Tyson after an Irish Whip.

Bryan rolls Tyson in, and when Bryan re-enters the ring, Tyson takes him down with a dragon screw leg whip. Tyson then goes to work on Bryan's knee, slamming it to the canvas, stretching it in the ropes, and then slamming it into the ring post.
As Bryan writhes in pain, Tyson puts a figure four leg lock on Bryan while his legs are wrapped around the steel post. I remember reading in Brett Hart's book (Brett is the first person I've ever seen do this move) that while a figure four can be legitimately painful, a hanging figure four from the steel post doesn't hurt at all; but it LOOKS like it hurts a lot, which makes it a perfect pro wrestling hold.

Zack seems surprised and tells Jackson he thought they talked about it before the match. Cody and Ted interrupt them both, with Cody saying Jackson's complaints are just "sour grapes."
Cody thinks Jackson's attitude is as ugly as the faces of the fans in attendance, and that he makes the IC title look bad. Jackson tells DiBiase that Cody is just using him, just like Wade Barrett and the Corre used Jackson. Cody says Ted is with him because he wants to be, and that he does still have free will. Cody wants Ted to wrestle Jackson tonight, if assistant GM Zack Ryder is willing to make the match.
Zack says he is, but he's interrupted by Teddy Long. Teddy reminds Zack that he is not the assistant GM, he's Teddy Long's personal assistant, and he doesn't get to make matches. Teddy then puts Zack in a match with Ezekiel Jackson for tonight, and bans Ted and Cody from ringside.

Christian is in the back being interviewed by Matt Striker. Striker wants to know what Christian thinks of HHH's decision to make Christian face Orton in a no holds barred match. Christian doesn't like it, but he's not surprised.
He complains that Teddy Long, the referees, and all the stupid fans have been biased against him, and now the new COO HHH is screwing him to. R-Truth interrupts and says it sounds like a conspiracy involving all the little Jimmies. Christian tentatively agrees, but didn't want to say it like that. After Truth walks away, Christian asks "who the hell is Jimmy?"
