The Smack is being laid Down for us tonight in Bridgeport Connecticut. The show begins with Mark Henry choking Daniel Bryan in the backstage area. Henry eventually drags Bryan to the ring and continues the assault. Bryan tries to fight back and lands a few kicks, but Henry flattens him almost immediately. Henry finishes Bryan off with a big splash and the World's Strongest Slam.
Mark Henry grabs a mic and talks about the pain he just delivered to Daniel Bryan, and the pain he has delivered to so many others, starting with the Big Show. The Big Show was the first inductee into the Hall of Pain, but now Henry doesn't think he caused the Big Show enough pain. Mark Henry promises that he will retain his title, and that the Big Show will not be able to walk out of the arena.

Match #1: Sin Cara versus Dolph Ziggler with Vickie Guerrero.
Before the match, Vickie screams EXCUSE ME and then introduces her client Dolph as the only man competing in TWO matches this Sunday at Survivor Series. He'll be competing in the traditional 10 man survivor series elimination match, and defending his US title against John Morrison as well.
Dolph and Sin Cara lock up in the middle of the ring, and Dolph gets the first takedown quickly. Dolph lets Sin Cara get back up, smiles, and then slaps him in the face. Dolph gets another takedown, stomps on Sin Cara, and then hits him with an elbow to the head. Dolph knocks Sin Cara down with a shoulder block and then whips him to the ropes.
Sin Cara leapfrogs Dolph twice, but Dolph responds with a kick to the gut and another Irish Whip. Sin Cara hits Dolph with a handspring back elbow that knocks Dolph to the floor. Sin Cara flies out after Dolph and hits him with a suicide dive. Sin Cara rolls Dolph back in, and Dolph kicks Sin Cara in the head as Sin Cara re enters the ring. Dolph hits Sin Cara with an elbow drop and then locks up his arms in a submission hold.
Dolph hits Sin Cara with a couple elbow strikes while Sin Cara is face down on the mat. Sin Cara fights his way out and then takes Dolph down with an arm drag from the top rope. Sin Cara hits Dolph with a kick to the head and then climbs to the top rope. Sin Cara goes for a senton but Dolph rolls out of the way. Sin Cara tries to roll Dolph up for a pin, but Dolph reverses it and rolls Sin Cara up for the three count!
After the match, Dolph insults Sin Cara with some trash talk, and Sin Cara responds with a hurricanrana. Sin Cara hits Dolph with a dropkick and then starts to stomp on him. Jack Swagger comes to Dolph's rescue and they double team Sin Cara. Mason Ryan (one of Sin Cara's team mates at this Sunday's Survivor Series) comes to Sin Cara's rescue.

Match #2: Jack Swagger versus Mason Ryan.
This match apparently started during the break. This isn't a live show, so I think it's pretty lame that we're missing the start of a match. Jack Swagger takes Mason Ryan down and applies a waist lock. Mason Ryan powers out and takes Swagger down. Ryan whips Swagger hard into one corner, and then whips him hard into the opposite corner. Ryan hits Swagger with a clothesline. Swagger pushes Ryan into the corner then chop blocks his knee. Swagger hits Ryan with a corner slingshot splash and goes for a cover but gets only two.
Swagger lands a series of punches and kicks, beating Ryan down in the corner. Swagger locks up Ryan's arms in another potential submission move. Swagger beats Ryan down some more and then goes for a suplex, but Ryan reverses it and suplexes Swagger. Mason hits Swagger with a clothesline, a running high knee, and a big boot.
Mason slams Swagger to the mat and gets a near fall. Mason tries to put Swagger in a full nelson, but Swagger fights his way out of it. Swagger hits Ryan's knee with a shoulder block and then tries to roll him up, but Ryan gets Swagger in a full nelson and slams him to the mat for the win.
In the back, Zack Ryder is trying to get Alicia Fox and Justin Gabriel to sign his petition for another US title shot. The Big Show enters all smiles and agrees to sign Zack's petition; he even says 'woo woo woo, you know it.'
Alicia, Justin and Zack all look a little uncomfortable. Big Show asks what the problem is, and they tell him that earlier tonight Mark Henry assaulted Daniel Bryan and then called out the Big Show. Big Show goes off looking for Mark Henry.

When we return, Ted DiBiase and Hornswoggle are playing a WWE videogame. Teddy Long comes in to congratulate DiBiase on his recent victories as well as his "DiBiase Posse"; groups of fans he meets up with at live events.
Aksana interrupts the two Teds and tells Teddy Long that she is an expert with a joystick. Teddy seems a little nervous but asks Aksana if she wants to play with him later on, and of course she agrees. Teddy wipes his forehead nervously and prays he doesn't have another heart attack.
Christian makes his way to the ring on crutches while wearing a neck brace. Christian explains that he hurt his neck a couple weeks ago after being choke slammed by the Big Show, and that he hurt his ankle last week against Sheamus. Christian tells us that he could have run away, but instead fought like a man! Although Christian claims to deserve one more match, he's not sure if he's going to have one more match at all.
Despite his injuries, Christian promises to give his team mates moral support and inspire them to victory. The crowd boos Christian the entire time. Eventually, Christian asks if they even care that he's injured and they all scream NO! Christian is disgusted by their lack of compassion.
In the locker room, AJ is trying to comfort Daniel Bryan. The Big Show enters the room and apologized to Bryan for not being there when Henry attacked him. Big Show goes off looking for Mark Henry.

Match #3: Ted DiBiase versus Derek Bateman. Ted starts off strong and hits Bateman with a shoulder block, a hip toss, and a back elbow. Derek turns things around by snapping DiBiase's neck down on the top rope. Derek hits Ted with a clothesline, a neckbreaker, and then beats DiBiase down in the corner.
DiBiase fights his way out and beats Ted down. Derek whips Ted to the corner and then applies a half nelson chin lock to DiBiase. DiBiase elbows his way out and then takes Bateman over with a snapmare. Ted follows up with an atomic drop and a clothesline. Derek tries to fight back and lands a kick, but DiBiase gets Bateman in a Cobra clutch and then finishes him off with Dream Street for the win!

Big Show is still looking for Mark Henry when he sees Jinder Mahal and Tyson Kidd laughing. Tyson tells Big Show Henry has already left for the night. Jinder says something to Big Show in Hindi, and it looked like it was probably something sarcastic. Big Show asks Jinder if he would like to repeat that in English; Jinder laughs and says "no." The Big Show knocks Jinder out as Tyson Kidd walks sheepishly away.
The Big Show makes his way to the ring and asks the fans to watch his favorite footage. Big Show shows the footage of Mark Henry beating him up and breaking his leg earlier this year. This footage makes him angry, and he's worried his anger will cause him to get disqualified.
He wants to get his revenge by taking Mark Henry's title away from him so he can't afford to get DQ'd. Big Show also promises Mark Henry will not walk away from this match, and cocks his fist to emphasize the point. Show tells Mark Henry to look at his fist, because it's coming for him. Big Show then throws several angry looking punches in the general direction of the camera.

Match #4: Kofi Kingston versus Hunico.
Kofi gets hold of Hunico first, but Hunico reverses it and gets Kofi in an arm lock. Kofi fights his way out and hits Hunico with a pair of arm drags. Hunico retaliates with a pair of punches, a drop kick, and gordbuster. Hunico wraps up Kofi's chin and leg but Kofi fights out. Kofi lands a punch and tries to roll Hunico up.
Hunico responds with a kick that knocks Kofi down, and then he stomps on Kofi on the mat. Hunico puts Kofi in another unorthodox submission move. Kofi slowly gets to his feet but is soon slammed back down again by Hunico. The two men exchange strikes and Hunico takes Kofi down with a modified Angle Slam. Kofi hits a dropkick, a big chop, another drop kick, a clothesline, and then the Boom Drop. Kofi sets up for Trouble in Paradise, but Hunico dodges it.
Hunico lands a kick to Kofi, but Kofi responds with a pendulum kick. Kofi goes to the top and hits Hunico with a flying cross body, but Hunico rolls through it and nearly gets a three count. Hunico argues with the ref, insisting that should have been three. While Hunico argues, Kofi hits him with the SOS (ranhei) for the win.

Match #5: Beth Phoenix and Natalya versus AJ and Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn and Beth start the match off, and hits a drop kick and a couple forearm shots. Beth tries a bodyslam but Kaitlyn frees herself. Kaitlyn charges Beth, but Beth slams her into the ropes and then beats her down. Beth tags in Natalya and they double team Kaitlyn. Natalya tries for a cover and gets only two, then tries again immediately and gets only two.
Natalya kicks Kaitlyn in the ribs, pulls her hair, and then puts her in an abdominal stretch. Kaitlyn elbows her way out and tries to make a tag, but is cut off by Natalya. Natalya goes for a body slam, but Kaitlyn escapes and tags in AJ. AJ hits Natalya with a flying crossbody and a couple forearms. AJ goes for a sunset flip but Natalya blocks it.
Natalya puts AJ in a Sharpshooter and falls all the way backwards to the mat, causing AJ to be bent in half. It really looked like she was going to snap in two, it was the most painful looking sharpshooter I've ever seen. AJ taps out, Beth and Natalya win.

Match #6: Randy Orton and Sheamus versus Wade Barrett and Cody Rhodes.
Sheamus and Cody start the match off and Sheamus quickly pushes Cody to the corner. Cody lands a kick and puts Sheamus in a headlock; Sheamus throws Cody off. Cody tags in Wade, and Wade lands a kick, a punch, and a knee lift to Sheamus. Sheamus retaliates with a few punches, then ties Wade up in the ropes, and then pounds Barrett's chest repeatedly.
Sheamus hits Wade with a vertical suplex, and Wade responds with a kick to the gut and an elbow to the head. Wade pounds on Sheamus some more and then puts his knee to Sheamus' back and pulls his arms back. Sheamus rolls Wade off of him and tags in Randy Orton. Orton beats Barrett down and then powerslams him. Orton maneuvers Wade into the ropes and hits him with a DDT.
Cody tries to fly in and makes the save, but Orton kicks him in the gut. Orton hits Cody with a gut wrench elevated neckbreaker. Wade takes advantage of the distraction and knocks Randy down.

When we return, Christian has appeared at ringside to cheer on Wade and Cody. Cody lands a few strikes to Orton and then tags in Barrett. Barrett lands a few strikes on Orton, but Orton fights back and the two men exchange several big punches. Wade knocks Orton down and tags in Rhodes. Cody stomps on Orton and then wraps his arms up behind his back while forcing his head down.
Randy backdrops Cody and Cody tags in Barrett. Barrett stomps on Orton and then hits him with a swinging neckbreaker. Wade puts Randy in a chin lock, but Randy escapes by hitting Wade with a few elbow strikes. Randy hits Barrett with an inverted headlock backbreaker. Wade tags in Cody and Randy tags in Sheamus. Sheamus knocks Cody down with a pair of double axe handles and then pummels him in the corner.
Sheamus hits Cody with a flying clothesline from the tope rope. Wade comes in to save Cody, but Sheamus knocks him to the floor. Sheamus gets ready to hit Cody with a Brogue kick when Christian tries to trip him up with his crutch; the ref sees it and disqualifies Cody and Wade. Cody hits Sheamus with Beautiful Disaster and then Wade and Cody double team Sheamus.
Christian hands over his crutch for Cody and Wade to use on Sheamus, but Sheamus hits Cody with a Brogue kick and then beats on Wade with the crutch. Randy re enters the ring and gives Wade an RKO. Sheamus gives Cody a Celtic cross. Sheamus and Randy pose triumphantly in the ring as SmackDown goes off the air.
